How do I take part?

Create an account, sign in to your dashboard and choose an available competition. Follow the entry steps and review the competition rules before submitting.

How do I choose a category?

Explore the Categories page and its subcategories. Choose the subject that best reflects the story, setting or approach in your photograph.

Why can’t I submit an entry right now?

Submissions are available only during an open registration period. Your dashboard will tell you if there are no competitions currently accepting entries.

Can I enter one photograph or a series?

The current competition supports single-image and series entries. Series entries can include up to 10 photographs. Always follow the requirements shown in the submission form.

Where can I see my submissions?

What should I check before submitting?

Review your photographs, titles, category selections and the amount shown in the submission workflow. Read the current competition rules before completing your entry.

Which file formats are accepted?

Accepted image formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP.

What is the maximum file size?

Maximum file size: 4 MB per photograph.

What image dimensions can I upload?

Minimum dimensions: 100 × 100 pixels. Maximum dimension: 4000 pixels on either side.

Where can I get help with an upload?

Use Contact UPOTY and include the account email address, file format, image dimensions and any error message you see.

How do credit bundles work?

Choose a credit bundle and complete checkout. Once payment is confirmed, the purchased credit appears in your UPOTY wallet and can be used towards entry fees.

What does each bundle include?

Each bundle shows its purchase price and the amount of wallet credit included. Compare the current options on the Credit Bundles page.

Where can I get help with a payment?

Contact the UPOTY team with your account email address and order reference so the payment can be checked.
